Product description
This pillow was returned by a customer within the return period. Often, it has only been taken out of the packaging or tested for one night. It was then professionally cleaned by Eurocleaning. So you can enjoy a good night’s sleep at a great price. Includes a five-year warranty. You retain the right to return it.

Good firmness but still nice and soft

The cushion itself is of fine quality but it is not exactly what I expected. It is thicker and stiffer than I expected. This is despite the filling of the outer chambers with 90% duck down.
