Still not satisfied with your purchase? Too bad, but we are not the hard ones. You can register your order as a return within 90 days, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. You then have another 14 days to actually return the product. You will then get your entire purchase amount including shipping costs* refunded into your account within 14 days of the return notification.
Approved returns
A return will be accepted if the following conditions are met:
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product is clean and contains no signs of use
- The product is in original condition
Rejected returns
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product contains dander and/or signs of use
- The product is damaged
- The duvet has been used
- The inner cushion has been used

If your return is refused, we will charge €24.15 per product in cleaning costs. Are you unsure whether your return meets the conditions? Please contact customer service. You will then receive return instructions within 3 working days. After receiving the instructions, you have 14 days to return your order free of charge. Your return will be inspected within 14 days of receipt. The purchase price will be refunded in full if your return is approved.
4 Tips during use
To avoid having your return rejected, we have the following tips for you:
- Make use of a clean/new pillowcase
- Use a double pillowcase
- Don’t try the pillow for too long
- Check and remove any hair or flakes
What happens to the returned product?
A returned product is first inspected. If approved, the product undergoes a cleaning programme so that it is completely clean and fresh again. The product can then be sold as a returnable product at a lower price.
*Shipping costs will be refunded only if the shipping label provided by us is used.
