I am very happy. My new down duvet is wonderfully warm and feels light. A warm nest feeling. Excellent service at Down Pillow. Fast delivery. Had a duvet the first time which was too cold for me. Could be exchanged without any problem. Received the difference in amount straight back into my account. A fine example of how things should be done. Credit where credit is due.
