BUDGET TOPPER!!The duck feather pillow Premium is filled with 1400 grams of duck feathers, making the pillow quite high. Duck feathers are relatively heavier and less soft than duck down, giving the pillow a slightly firmer character. This makes it ideally suited to side sleepers of medium to larger stature.

This pillow has a double cotton cover which prevents (most) feathers from poking through the pillow and makes the outside of the pillow nice and soft. I had been looking for a new pillow for a while due to neck problems. Memory foam is too hard and other pillows are too soft. This pillow is exactly in between: firm and supportive, but still somewhat "mouldable" to my own wishes.

I did a test online to see which pillow would be the best choice for me. Since a car accident, I have been suffering from neck pain and my physio said that a new pillow might work. She was right! Within one night, my neck pain was reduced by at least half, and now, a week later, it is 80/90% gone!

Good firmness but the filling slipped from under my head to the rest of the pillow where my head was not. Swapped it for a Vandyck firm down pillow ‘blue label’ and I am very happy with it.
