Product description
This extra firm pillow from Vandyck is suitable for side sleepers with a medium to large build. The pillow is filled with 1,400 grams of small white goose feathers; the filling does not contain goose down. Because the pillow contains no down, it is extra firm, yet still more comfortable than a synthetic or wool pillow.
The feathers in the pillow are relatively small, and the ticking (cover) is exceptionally strong. This prevents the goose feathers from escaping the pillow. Do you suffer from house dust mite allergies? Rest assured. The ticking is made of 100% cotton, and according to Vandyck, the weave is so dense that house dust mites cannot settle inside the pillow.

This is a firm pillow which I have found to be excellent from the very first night. The springs stay in place while I sleep.

I have had the pillow for a week now, and it is extremely fine. With my previous (duck) feather pillow, the pins stuck through the ticking from the beginning and it required an extra thick pillowcase. I do not have that with this pillow, a big plus! The pillow is nice and firm which provides support for my neck. I sleep better now than I did for a long time.
