This pillow is a lot firmer, but still remains nice and soft thanks to the 90% duck down layer. The down layer of this firm variant even contains 100 grams more down than the medium and soft variant. Lovely pillow, nice and firm, springy, not too thick. Down on two sides around the latex core is great so that the pillow is always light. The box model ensures that my shoulder lies against the pillow instead of on it. Great!
Unfortunately, the height cannot be adjusted.

I personally think that the cushion that I ordered is too high and it is difficult to choose the right one on the website. I thought I saw on the website that you can make the cushion lower, but when I unzipped it, it was only one piece of latex that I could take out and without that piece there is nothing left of the cushion. I had chosen this pillow because I am starting to get neck problems, but unfortunately they have not been resolved with this pillow.
