Product description
This wonderfully soft Waddendons pillow by Texelwool is filled with “Waddendons,” also known as free-range down. This type of down distinguishes itself from others because it comes from Texel, where the birds enjoy a great deal of freedom and must protect themselves against various weather conditions. Consequently, Texel down is of very high quality.
The pillow consists of 3 chambers designed to provide you with the right support. The inner core is a mix of 60% down and 40% feathers, which ensures extra fill power and firmness. The two outer layers contain 90% down and 10% feathers, providing a high level of resilience and comfort. It is finished with a beautiful 100% cotton ticking.
Waddendons pillows are produced on Texel in the Texelwool factory, where craftsmanship and quality are the top priorities. The Waddendons three-chamber pillow therefore carries the “Echt Texels product” (Authentic Texel Product) label.

Waddendons is the down brand of Texelwool. Texelwool is renowned for high-quality Texel bedding. While most of their products come from Texel sheep, the Waddendons down pillows come from Texel geese. This down is often referred to as free-range down because the geese have plenty of space on Texel and possess a superior insulating down layer. Waddendons offers just one pillow, which they believe is suitable for a wide range of people. The 3-chamber Waddendons pillow consists of three compartments filled with different percentages of down.

Now the second Waddendons pillow. The previous one had actually slept on it for too long. And then you notice with the new one how nice this pillow is. It is reasonably dimensionally stable, but can be shaped. The down is of high quality, which you notice by the high resilience of the pillow.
